?2.Develop?and?implement?appropriate?resource?models?in?local?market?and?attraction?and?selection?processes,?ensuring?the?qualified?people?are?recruited?in?a?cost?effective,?efficient?and?timely?manner?to?meet?the?talent?needs?of?the?plant;
?3.Continually?monitor?and?review?HR?systems,?policies?and?procedures,?recommending?and?implementing?improvements?where?appropriate?and?compliance?to?regulatory?requirements,?whilst?ensuring?effective?and?efficient?communication?of?changes?to?all?relevant?parties;
?4.Administer?compensation?programs,?market?benchmark?for?competitiveness?utilizing?local?data?sources?or?with?guidance?from?regional?management.?
?5.?Monitor?performance?evaluation?process,?guide?and?motivate?employees?to?develop?potentials?and?improve?work?efficiency?and?effectiveness;
?6.Work?out?annual?training?plan?of?the?company,?and?make?it?happen;?Customer?audit?to?HZPM?support?on?HR?part.
?7.Cultivate?and?maintain?employee?relations?and?effective?means?of?communication?channels;
?8.Develop?professional?working?relationships?with?local?managers?and?supervisors,?HR?professionals?and?external?communities;
?9.Prepare?and?be?held?accountable?for?department?annual?budget;
?10.HRIS?administration?and?site?HR?BBSC?data?maintain?and?update;

?2.Working?Experience?5?years?+?experiences?in?HR?function?in?multinational?company.
